While we are all already whole individuals, we live in a world where it is easy to forget our own autonomy and inner wholeness.

My personal definition of wholeness is fully owning and acknowledging all parts of ourselves – the “positive” emotions as well as the more challenging ones; the “positive” attributes within ourselves as well as our perceived flaws.

As we learn to try softer in life – softening into our breathe, into the present moment (without needing to know how perceived “problems” will be solved immediately or what the outcomes will be in our lives), we can open ourselves up to fully enjoying the grand adventure of it all.

As you listen along to the episode, here are a few personal mantras you can take with you, if you they serve you:
